A weekly accessibility record for each client, under your name.
The Agency plan reads up to thirty client sites every week, up to a hundred pages each, and puts your name and logo on the PDF report and on a link you can send each client. The observations are Kept Record's, and every document says so.
See a white-labelled sample report (PDF)PDF, 6 pages, for a fictional agency and a fictional shop, marked as a sample on every page.
What your client receives
- A PDF of the site's record over any twelve months: what was detected, what stopped being detected and when, what the scans could not observe, and how it was measured. Your logo and name are above the title and at the foot of every page.
- A link to the site's latest record that needs no account. It shows your name and logo and none of ours in its frame. You can replace it or withdraw it at any time, and a withdrawn link opens nothing.
- The same record every week, on the day and hour you choose, so the history builds up without anyone remembering to run a scan.
What it costs
$149 a month, or $1,490 a year, for up to thirty sites. With all thirty in use that is under five dollars a site each month. The price is the same whatever you charge your clients.
Agency is not on sale yet: white-label is built and is being walked through on the live site first. Until then the free plan and Studio are open.
What your name changes, and what it does not
- Your name and logo replace ours on the cover, the running foot and the client link.
- The method stays: each report says the observations were made by Kept Record's automated scanner, with axe-core, against WCAG 2.2 Level A and AA.
- The record never says a site is accessible, and neither may you on its behalf. Automated scanning detects a subset of problems, and the record is not a legal assessment. The terms say so, in the section on reselling the record.
